Refund & Cancellation Policy
At MLO PROTRAINING, we are committed to delivering high-quality, results-driven training programs that prepare you for success in the mortgage industry. Because our courses provide immediate access to proprietary materials, resources, and instructor preparation, we maintain the following policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling.
1. Refund Policy
While we do not offer refunds, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Once you enroll—whether in a self-paced, live, virtual, or in-person course—your seat is reserved and materials are prepared specifically for you. If your plans change, you may be eligible to receive a course credit toward a future session of the same course type purchased, as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. This applies whether or not you have accessed course materials or attended the scheduled session.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your enrollment in a Live Class, Live Webinar, Live Session, or Live Zoom by submitting a written request to support@mloprotraining.com within the same advance notice periods currently required:

At least 7 business days prior to the scheduled class or session start date.
A cancellation does not result in a refund.
3. Rescheduling & Course Transfer
Credits may only be applied toward another session of the same course type purchased.

Example: If you purchased a Signature ProTraining Live Class and cancel within the permitted notice window, you may apply your credit toward another Signature ProTraining Live Class or Signature ProTraining Live Webinar.

Credits cannot be applied to a different course, such as Learning Blast, Express Training, or Loan Processor Training.

Credits must be used within 12 months of the original purchase date.

Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing at least 3 business days prior to the new requested date.

Requests made less than 5 business days prior to the class date will incur a $100 rescheduling fee.

Enrollment is non-transferable to another person.

By enrolling in any MLO PROTRAINING program, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued for any reason. Cancellations made within the permitted notice period will receive a credit toward a future session of the same course type purchased. Credits cannot be applied to other courses. No-shows forfeit all tuition/enrollment fees.
