MLO Pro Training maintains this website, any courses offered and other linked and related sites (the “Site”) for the use of its customers, vendors, students, and other Site users (“Users”) upon agreement to the following terms. Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this website indicates acceptance of these “Terms of Use” and forms a binding agreement between you and MLO Pro Training. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.

2. Copyright

All content and materials, including videos, text, logos, trademarks, and images, are exclusive and copyrighted properties of TEP21 Inc dba MLO Pro Training.
You agree not to reproduce, edit, resell, post, transmit, re-publish, or distribute electronically or by other means any of these contents to a third party in whole or in part without written authorization in advance.
Users may not modify the Materials at this Site in any way or reproduce, share, or distribute them. Users will keep all Materials confidential and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarize, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents to any other person or entity. Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates the authorized use of the Site.

All training materials and videos are for internal educational purposes and are available only to NMLS licensed loan originators, not for public use. (I combined two phrases into one.)
The use of this manual or video is restricted and not circulated without written permission under penalty of law.

As a User, you warrant that you are not an agent or employee of other training and education companies.

MLO Pro Training has no control of these external websites and is not responsible for any of their content.
