Refund and Cancellation Policy

All MLO ProTraining enrollments are final. By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued for any reason. Cancellations made within the permitted notice period will receive a credit toward a future session of the same course type purchased. Credits cannot be applied to other courses. No-shows forfeit all tuition/enrollment fees.

While we do not offer refunds, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Once you enroll—whether in a self-paced, live, virtual, or in-person course—your seat is reserved and materials are prepared specifically for you. If your plans change, you may be eligible to receive a course credit toward a future session of the same course type purchased, as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. This applies whether or not you have accessed course materials or attended the scheduled session.

You may cancel your enrollment in a Live Class, Live Webinar, Live Session, or Live Zoom by submitting a written request to support@mloprotraining.com within the same advance notice periods currently required at least 7 business days prior to the scheduled class or session start date. A cancellation does not result in a refund. Instead, if the cancellation meets the notice requirements above, you will receive a credit for a future class of the same course type as originally purchased.[View Full Policy]
